When will I receive my order?
Our standard delivery time to you is approximately 3-5 business days for items in stock and 7-10 business days if out of stock and shipped from our suppliers warehouse. If a supplier is out it will be noted on item's page in the description box area for that listed product. All Communion Ware, Offering Plates, and other Church Ware Orders are shipped by Artistic or a Major Warehouse within 48-72 hours after initial purchase. Both handle special delivery requirements in a timely manner. However, next day or second day air is postponed one to two full days each. A business Day/Week is Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday, first business day (holidays excluded). See the section "Orders Received and Shipping Days" for further explanations of our shipping policies, shown below.

We use an outside shipping companies to ship some orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

Payment Options & Information

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All payments must be denominated in U.S. Dollars. Your account will be charged for the amount of sale at the time of order which includes postage/handling costs.

How does carefreeproducts.com use my personal information?
You have our promise that any personal information you provide will never be used by anyone not employed by us. It is NOT the policy of carefreeproducts.com to loan, sell, or share customer information to anyone. Any financial information that is collected is used only to bill customers for shipped orders.

We collect contact information (such as your email address) when you place an order. If you have placed an order at carefreeproducts.com, we may, from time to time, use the e-mail address you provided to send you information about special discounts and offerings from carefreeproducts.com.

Shipping Information

What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Shipping charges is an estimate based on the weight of the order and the distance to its shipping destination. Any additional charges needed because the estimate wasn't enough, that amount will need to paid prior to shipment. Several shipping options will be presented for you to choose from as you place your order in the middle of the form. A final shipping and handling charge will be displayed before you confirm any order. See "Shipping Days" and "Shipping Rules" below for additional information you might need.

Additional Shipping Charges
When viewing the last page and there is a fee for additional charges - that amount is part of the total shipping charges as shown. The postal rate system in this shopping cart system is company made not UPS or USPS created. There is a basic charge internally and then the added amount to make sure that shipping charges are met which 99% of the time is enough to cover USPS and/or UPS. The only time it tends to be extremely high is shipping cartons of communion cups because they are very heavy. As shown on those pages, there are options to purchase these cups rather than on line.

Media Mail
We just reinstated this as an option for shipping. Only these items may be sent as media mail: books, cassettes, Discs, or VHSs. It may take several weeks (up to 3) to get your purchase to your home after placing the order. Media mail is not for games or other gift items. Again, it is only for books, CD's DVD's, VHS, or any other type of "Media" mail. You request media mail and it isn't media mail your credit card will be charged the additional postage and a $5.00 fee for the additional labor to correct the invoice or sales receipt. Only items that are media mail will be sent media mail-all other items of your order will be shipped parcel post.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we generally ship worldwide! However, we reserve the right not to ship to some countries and all postage/freight charges will be paid in advance along with the purchase price of the items purchased. There are methods of payment for international orders: Credit cards on small orders for Western Europe, Italy, and Spain. Wire bank arrangements for most communion ware supplies. These transactions the items will be shipped to a "container" location inside the USA. Special orders requiring UPS or FEDEX or DHL the customer will pre-pay all shipping fees. (Recently a 250 pound order to Africa would have cost $4100 USA dollars in advance to ship. It is very expensive to ship using this method.) When we ship to a company that is representing you/your firm as a container company we will only be shipping through UPS or Fedex Ground and will require the signature of the person accepting the order. Many areas in Africa we have had problems and we will not ship product to those other than known recognized individuals/organizations or those willing to do business as steps stated above. Also, If your country isn't in our postal rate system this doesn't exclude you from shipping costs. Do Not try to use the postal codes for other countries to try and bypass your obligations. These orders will be voided or cancelled. Finally, we will not ship FEDEX or UPS unless under certain qualified conditions outside the Continental United States boundaries. All import taxes and duty charges the responsibility of the customer-not Carefree Products. Outside of games we carry or small items most Communion and Offering Ware products will be paid with processing through emails and wired transactions. We can only accept credit card type orders from our known international customers. Exchange rate fees prohibit money orders or checks.

Do you ship to a post office box?
Yes we do. Prefer not to as Heavier items might require more postage being paid.

Can I ship to a different location?
To ship to another address, please enter your billing address in the billing information field and the ship to address in the shipping information field.

Orders Received and Shipping Days

·  We process orders six days each week. We ship 5.5 days per week (Monday through Saturday AM). All orders received after 9:00 am Saturday mornings will not be processed or shipped on the following Monday (or Tuesday should Monday be a legal holiday).

·  The US Postal services in our area closes at noon on Saturday and aren't open on Sunday. Our ordering process is based on the Mountain Standard Time zone.

·  2nd Day or Priority Overnight services are NOTan available option provided on either Saturday or Sunday as both UPS and Fedex are closed both Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, all orders received late Saturday mornings through Sunday of any given weekend will not be processed until Monday. They will then be usually processed for prompt shipment that day or by or within the 24 hours following as stated on our site. In some cases, 2nd Day or Next Day UPS might be delayed one day and the tracking start time is from the time they are shipped on that "business" day it is shipped.

·  We will do our best when you pay for these services to get the products to you within the shortest time frame possible within the guidelines of the business week.

UPS or Fedex ground Shipping Rules

·  Fedex or UPS ground is anytime between two and five business days depending on how many zones you are from our originating starting point. This is based on a five day business week and an 8 hour business day and is tracked from the moment the carrier picks up the package scheduled for delivery to you the customer. Please remember that all items are not delivered on Saturday and/or Sunday.

· Fedex/UPS 2nd Day is based off the five-day business week (Monday-Friday) Service and Tracking normally starts the day after the order is placed. WE do not provide UPS/FEDEX Saturday Delivery Service options. It is not available to us as a shipper.

·  Fedex/UPS 3rd Day Select is based off the five-day business week (Monday-Friday) Service. This is a service that is not available to certain parts of the Continental FEDEX/USA and should be checked with FEDEX/UPS prior to choosing on our internet site. Tracking normally starts the day after the order is placed. Please remember that items will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

·  FEDEX/UPS Next Day is based on the five-day business week (Monday-Friday) Service and tracking normally starts the day after the order is placed. Please remember that items will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

· FEDEX/UPS Next Day AM is based on the five-day business week (Monday-Friday) Service. It is not available to many parts of the Continental USA. Please check with UPS prior to choosing this service option as our shopping cart will charge you even if FEDEX/UPS doesn't provide this service to your area. Tracking normally starts the day after the order is placed. Please remember that items will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

·  FEDEX/UPS Next Day, FEDEX/UPS Second Day, FEDEX/UPS Third day Service and tracking for Communion Ware starts 48 to 72 hours after the order is placed. We handle these special orders as quickly as is possible. We are proud of the fact that the Manufacturer who ships for us makes this product in the United States with US workers. They are not made in China. Please remember that items will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

Security & Privacy

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Experts agree: If a vendor takes standard security precautions, transferring private information over the Internet is actually safer than handing your credit card to a waiter or checkout clerk. We use state-of-the-art secure server software (SSL) to prevent your valuable information from being tampered with or compromised in any way.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificates, also known as digital certificates, provide a complete security solution between sender and recipient. High-level encryption protects the transmission of data before it passes through the online space. Our secure server software encrypts the information you enter before it is sent over the Internet. This prevents outsiders from gaining access to, and using your personal data or credit card information. It even protects us/you as we only see the last four digits of your card number and nothing else. We request the CVV2 code and never see that code. In the last five years Carefree Products and our customers have not had one issue with security violations in any of our transactions.

1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Your Access to and Control Over Information You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. Who does the GDPR affect?

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Cancelling or Changing An Order

Cancelling An Order or changing an order requires immediate response on your part by either calling our customer service department and/or emailing us at info@carefs.com. Once the order has been shipped it is impossible to cancel or modify the order. If it has been shipped you must refuse it when it reaches you or request a return authorization and you will be responsible to ship it back from the warehouse received.

Returns/Exchange Policy

What is the returns/exchange policy?


Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them. There are times when some have disregarded the above sentences and have shipped items back without permission. With or without permission, customer will pay all shipping costs and a 25% restock fee of the original retail value not the discounted price received at the time or purchase. Most items to be shipped back to manufacturers require a return authorization which must be negotiated with this firm.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please contact us before returning any product!

1. Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service (preferably by Media Mail, if qualified). We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.
2. Any item other than communion ware or offering receptacles, you are not satisfied with (not as expected, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only. However, it will be subject to a significant restocking fee based upon actual full retail value (normally 25%). This includes orders given as gifts to third party persons. Any refunds will only go back to the original purchaser.
3. We will not accept any returns from items purchased from other sellers for the products we carry under any circumstance.
4. Communion Ware, Offering Plates, and other Church Ware is non-returnable unless damaged or defective. All sales from these divisions are final.

When returning items, please enclose a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice and enclose it with your return. Returns may be sent to our post office box via the U.S. Postal Service, using Media Mail if qualified. Because this is a post office box, please do not send your package by UPS or Federal Express. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive. If you need further assistance with a return, please Email us at info@carefs.com or call us at 720-52-2517during regular business hours.   You will need an RA authorization to return you products purchased to us.

How long will it take to get an order replaced?

If you return an item to Carefreeproducts.com, please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive at your address. Do you charge sales tax?
Carefree Products is located in Northglenn, CO. By law we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Colorado.

What about out of state sales tax?
Orders shipped outside of Colorado are not subject to sales tax.

Non Profit accounts need to login to our system and will then change your status to non-profit and you must fax or email your tax license number to us for our records.
Do you offer a catalog?
We do not have a catalog of any of our lines at this time. When we create one they will go out with orders at that time on an ongoing basis. The T-shirts offered on our site come from many different suppliers and we do not have a means to create our own catalog/brochure for these items. However, The advanced technology of the Internet allows you to view updated selections of our products at any time.

Newsletters:  Not currently planning on adding a newsletter in the future.
Does your site use cookies?
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. We also use cookies to help you recall orders and to make special offers to our customers. Why do you have a Links Page?
Our links are special advertisers, companies, friends, associates, and business partners that sometimes you see on front pages of web sites. We refuse to put these on our front page because they do not need to be there. We value what they have meant in our business but they do not need to be central stage to be of value in their respective areas.
